Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Marketing Analyst is responsible for commercial procurement support across Cardiovascular and Metabolism. Key responsibilities include the following:
- Manage opening and closing purchase orders for the Cardiovascular and Metabolism through the eMarketplace system.
- Manage opening, approvals and closing of HCC transactions for Cardiovascular and Metabolism through the Totality system.
- Calculate Fair Market Value from the FMV calculator and communicate the calculations to suppliers.
- Partner with suppliers to upload required documentation to the Totality system transactions, review transactions for project owners and reassign for close out.
- Manage the logistics and contracts for Advisory Board meetings as needed.
- Meet with new brand team members to educate them on procurement/Totality process.
- Manage account codes based on program details when necessary.
- Track, analyze and review all spending activity with Finance, project owners and procurement on a regular basis.
- Quarterly work with Global Finance and send out accrual notices to suppliers quarterly and close required documentation.
- Reconcile overspent purchase orders and collaborate with team members and vendors for resolution.
- Partner with internal colleagues across Procurement, Finance, HealthCare Compliance, Offer Development, and SCG to ensure purchase orders and Totality transactions are implemented accurately.
