We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Supply Chain Finance team. The Supply Chain Finance team plays a key role by partnering with the business to provide actionable analyses and recommendations driven by detailed analytics. We are looking for a motivated & results driven analyst to provide a deep level of support to the business on budgeting, forecasting and actuals reporting and analysis. This role will also drive improvements to our reporting & analysis to better support the business or create efficiencies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Financial support of facilities and global facility strategy including cleanroom sqr footage, headcount requirements and support on decisions to build out our global facility footprint
• Financial support of 2 smaller manufacturing facilities as they ramp up including standard costs, production variance reporting & analysis and support of cost center managers
• Inventory analysis including preparation of inventory reserve & inventory reconciliations
• Financial ownership of cycle counting process including reporting on results & compliance; ensure goals of cycle count program are achieved
• Fixed Asset reporting, tracking & financial oversight; part of team to put in place better systemic fixed asset tracking system & fixed asset approval work flows
• FP&A partner to Quality department for budgeting, forecasting and reporting
• Develop & support KPI's and other analytics as needed
• Collaboration & teamwork across Supply Chain finance team in US & Europe
