In support of Pharm TranSCend program, Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Data Integration Leader. The role is to located in New Jersey, United States (preferred location Titusville NJ) or in EMEA (preferred location Beerse BE). For the US based candidates the anticipated base pay range for this position is $142,000 -$244,950. An internal pre-identified candidate for consideration has been identified. However, all applications will be considered.

Pharm Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. The program will simplify the Pharm ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have an efficient, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharm business with agility.

As part of the Program, we are looking for a strong leader that can set direction and can drive implementation based on confirmed knowledge and experience in the field of ERP Master Data, Data Migration, and Analytics.

They will be responsible for staffing and leading the Pharm Transcend JJT Data that will own and craft our TranSCend S/4 HANA ERP data & analytics capabilities and continually evolve it to meet the growing needs of our Pharm business, including the creation and ongoing evolution of our global data design, data standards and analytics solutions, enabling fundamental and strategic capabilities that will fundamentally transform our Pharma business.

The JJT Data Integration Leader will be an active member of the Pharm Supply Chain JJT team and will lead a team of 14 J&J data resources plus 50 consults. They will lead all aspects of JJT design, build and delivery for master data, data workflow, data migration and analytics, enabling strategic data capabilities, human centered design, and data integration across our digital ecosystem. The role will partner closely with business process and data owners, ecosystem owners and various vendor partners to ensure end to end capabilities are supported and evolved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for solution design and implementation of Data capabilities for Pharma Supply Chain on the ERP platform and data integrations with the ERP ecosystem.
  • Drive data standardization and strategies to drive outstanding design for ERP Data.
  • Data migration approach and delivery in close collaboration with the Plan-Source, Make/Quality, Deliver/OTC and Finance workstream leads.
  • Master data workflow solution for all key data objects.
  • Data Analytics strategy and solution delivery.
  • Craft the IT Product governance for Master Data.
  • Act as the JJT workstream lead for all ERP Data topics, partnering closely with Supply Chain Master Data Business Owner.
  • Mobilize and lead an international cross regional project team of ERP and Data technology specialists.

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required

Required:

  • Understanding of SC Business processes – Order to Cash, E Commerce, Retail, Distribution and Warehouse Management including planning, procurement, quality management, order processing, pricing, shipping, and invoicing.
  • Confirmed grasp of ERP data, data migration and analytics capabilities.
  • Experience working across multiple levels of business and IT partners.
  • People management experience, inclusive of developing, mentoring, coaching and leading multi-functional self-organized teams
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong negotiating/ influencing skills, self-starter with good interpersonal skills are required
  • Ability to work effectively in highly matrixed organization and taking care of high levels of ambiguity is required
  • People management experience, inclusive of developing, mentoring, coaching and leading multi-functional self-organized teams
  • Experience working in a global environment and leading teams across multiple countries.
  • Must be fluent in English and complete comfortable communicating on a detailed, professional level.

  • Ability to think creatively about where business initiatives drive technology evolution and to break-down processes and reinvent enabling technology capabilities with partners is required.
  • Knowledge of technology trends and to apply this knowledge to data capabilities.
  • Strong personal dedication to continuous business improvement, and optimally collaborating and leading our business partners.
  • Ability to embrace changes and to deliver IT solutions in a constantly evolving business/IT environment.
  • Previous experience in working in a global, multi-functional teams.

Other:

  • Self-starter with collaboration abilities and ability to craft/lead complexity is required.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and solid grasp of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation
  • Good Knowledge with SOX, GxP compliance processes
