- Knowledge of, or capable of learning common material used in Plumbing and HVAC Systems.
- Updating lead times and releasing equipment based on project schedule.
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects, scheduling, and manpower.
- Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables.
- Responsible for drafting change orders, RFI’s and preparing change order estimates.
- Performing various duties in an orderly and efficient manner
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Responsible for specification review, submittals, and closeout documents.
- Knowledge MEP plans and specifications for purpose of ordering material and estimating of change orders.
- Excellent communicator in both written and verbal forms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
