Provides, directs, supervises and evaluates medical social services to clients in their homes in accordance with agency policies and procedures, applicable health care standards, and government laws and regulations.
Master's degree in Social Work required. Current Indiana LCSW license required. Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision and must be able to provide reliable means of transportation. One year of social work experience in a health care setting preferred.
