Summary
The individual will be responsible for assisting the sales team with customer relations.

Minimum Qualifications
- Preferred degree in Business or Marketing

Essential Functions
- Generate sales prospects.
- Initiate contact with potential customers via emails and phone calls
- Identify the potential needs of the customer.
- Qualify the potential customer’s viability as an ideal prospect.
- Connect ideal prospects with an Account Executive
- Must have effective communication skills and be able to interact well with the marketing team, sales team, business development, and company management.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Work Environment
This is primarily a sedentary role although driving to the customers’ locations is required. Talking and hearing are also necessary. The employee is frequently required to walk and stoop or kneel while in the nursery fields. The employee must be able to occasionally lift 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Travel
Travel may be required throughout the year to the following: Trade Shows, Customer Visits, Industry Events, Brand Events, and more.
