Part-Time Business Development Manager

The Inside Sales are paid hourly and performance-based bonus which allows successful representatives the opportunity use one of our three market hubs and sell across multiple channels.

The Opportunity
Growth creates opportunity! We are seeking an A-Player to join our local busines. As the Business Developer, you’ll:

• Build the market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and be part of closing business relationships.
• Prospect via cold call, email, drop-ins, and networking in property management groups.
• Utilize CRM to document and track related information on all opportunities at all pipeline stages.
• Assist with the creation, development and implementation of new concepts designed to generate new sales revenue streams
• Proactively seek new leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting businesses and organizations

Qualifications:

• Passion for sales and committed to being a leader in the cleaning industry
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable making cold calls on the phone
• Proficient computer skills

Additional Requirements:

The desired candidate must have a strong work ethic and be highly motivated to achieve sales goals. A successful candidate should also showcase excellent communications skills with the ability to have effective and frequent dialogue with prospects, clients and colleagues. This position comes with a lot of opportunity for growth in the company.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
