1st Shift
Pay: $21.73 per hour
Hours: 5:00am – 1:35pm, Monday-Friday (Overtime as production demands)
Position Overview
We currently have an opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive, self-starting individual who is dedicated to supply management. This member will need exceptional customer service and ensure that the Production members and external Members have all the necessary PPE to do their jobs safely. They also ensure proper inventory and order as needed.

Shift: 5:00am – 1:35pm (overtime as production demands)
Member Status: Full-Time, Union Hourly

Position Overview
We currently have an opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive, self-starting individual who is dedicated to supply management. This member will need exceptional customer service and ensure that the Production members and external Members have all the necessary PPE to do their jobs safely. They also ensure proper inventory and order as needed.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Know and follow all safety policies involved in the position (including proper PPE, safe lifting techniques, knife safety)
- Issue equipment and supplies to all Team Members and Visitors.
- Properly track and maintain inventory for equipment and supplies being issued on computerized tracking systems, including but not limited to SAP.
- Oversee purchasing of new supplies on a daily and weekly basis.
- Wash and dry required laundry (gloves, frocks, uniforms, etc.)
- Distribute locker room supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc. as needed.
- Flexibility and commitment to working overtime and weekends as production demands.
- Strive for cost savings and efficient, safe new practices for accomplishing tasks.
- Work and communicate effectively with outside vendors as well as corporate sourcing.
- Work with production departments to find new alternatives for supplies when current ones are discontinued.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform responsibilities safely and efficiently.
- Good decision-making / prioritizing skills.
- Computer Skills are required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) is required.
- Knowledge of SAP/BEX software applications is preferred.
- Exceptional organization skills and detail oriented.
- Ability to multitask.
- Self-drive and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and understand.
- Ability to take on future learning opportunities.
- A willingness to support cross-functional teams.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Requires full range of body motion: repetitive, standing, squatting, kneeling, upper body lifting and twisting, occasional lifting to 50 pounds, hand and wrist mobility.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment, post-offer drug screen, physical, and background check.
