We are growing and are seeking a strongJob DescriptionMonitor customer account details, post payments, reconcile bank account, resolve store and customer receivable issues.Perform account reconciliationsPrepare depositsResearch and resolve payment discrepanciesInvestigate and resolve customer queriesReview AR aging to ensure complianceMaintain accounts receivable customer notes, files and recordsGenerate age analysis/reportsProcess adjustments credits/returnsGenerate and send out statements and invoicesCarry out collection and reporting activitiesMaintain customer maintenance for new and existing customersPrepare and process federal and state tax statements and paymentsCash application knowledgeChecksCashACHWire TransfersCredit CardsProcess credit card paymentsFollow up on allocated paymentsPrepare and charge all credit card customers on a routine basisFollow up on expired cardsFollow up with customers on discrepancies/disputed credit card chargesClean up customer accountsCredit LimitsProcess new customer credit applicationsCheck financials/referencesReview customers for hold ordersMonitor and release ordersIncrease and decrease credit limitsOtherUnderstand the process and the work flow for buying groupsCommunicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personallyProblem analysis and problem solving skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracyOrganizational skillsCustomer service skillsOther duties as assigned by Supervisor/ManagerQualifications Years of solid Accounts Receivable Experience Solid understanding of accounting processesStrong analytical skillsVery detailed orientated　Strong organizational and time management skills　Solid communication skillsBasic Microsoft Excel skillsAptitude for learning new software applications　Process improvement drivenAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
