What are the responsibilities and job description for the On Field Personality Intern - Summer 2023 position at Johnstown Mill Rats?
Our On Field Personality Intern will be responsible for acting as a game presentation personality. You must be energetic and personable. It is your job to make sure the crowd is involved in the on-field games that are taking place during inning transitions. You must be friendly with fans and willing to engage in conversation with our fans. You will be responsible for a wireless microphone and making sure you are in the correct place for each inning transition.
