Carmelized productions is seeking Dishwasher for a new takeout and catering food service concept.
The Dishwasher position s expected to accomplish the following:
Clean and properly store all dishes, glasses, silverware and kitchen equipment.
Help out with prep / packing when needed.
Maintain cleanliness of dish station, kitchen, walk-in, prep areas, common areas and bathrooms following daily checklists.
Deep clean dish station, kitchen, walk-in, prep areas, bathrooms.
Take out garbage and recycling throughout the shift for the line and prep kitchen
Break down all boxes and stacking all market crates
Use proper dating and labeling following procedures.
Understand and uphold Food Safety Standards
Good communication with chefs on daily needs
Uphold Sanitation and Cleaning standards following procedures and using proper checklists
Working with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment and work in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain a positive, team-oriented, respectful mentality.
Working Conditions and Expectations:
Work schedule may require weekends and holidays, early morning, and late evenings.
Fast paced, dynamic environment.
Always act in a professional manner that represents the restaurant, owners, partners, and staff.
Demonstrate teamwork in all areas of the restaurant
Work with a positive attitude in all types of situations
Strong, positive, and respectful communication skills
Always follow safety, sanitation rules, and laws
