Job Description:
Jon-Don is currently looking to hire an experienced and hard-working Sr. Supply Chain Manager. This person will be responsible in assisting in the development and execution of inventory management strategies across a multi-tiered distribution network. This person should be comfortable using data to make informed decisions and operating in a fast-paced environment. The Sr. Supply Chain Manager will also be involved in S&OP meetings to ensure inventory forecasts are in-line with and support the corporate level sales plan. This position is on-site at our Roselle location.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategy across the national distribution footprint of Jon-Don
- Familiar with SKU segmentation strategies to ensure inventory management strategies are appropriate and tailored based on a product’s sales velocity, and revenue/profit contribution
- Ensure supply chain tools, software, and processes are appropriate to drive consistent performance against targets
- Recommend new investments in tools, processes, and team
- Experience with safety stock planning
- Experience operating, and setting policy and parameters within a multi-tiered distribution network (hub-spoke)
- Drive various supply chain projects and provide status updates to company leadership
- Partner with warehouse leadership to ensure inventory strategies and WH capabilities are aligned
- Expert in the area of min/max planning, calculation of re-order points, calculation of safety stocks
- Understand how to configure ERP systems to support demand planning requirements (i.e. proper aggregation of sales history)

Job Experience:
- At least 5 to 7 years’ of experience (established understanding of inventory and planning)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
