Customer Service / Administrative Assistant
ABOUT THE JOB:
JONDO, a Circle Graphics Company, seeks a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented customer service/admin professional to join the team. The ideal candidate will understand the essential functions of customer service, data entry, and working with various software systems. Candidates will be able to work with a dynamic team and learn from peers to advance their expertise.
JOB DUTIES:
· Provide daily administrative support to customers and the sales department
· Actively maintain, update and audit internal and external databases
· Prepare scheduled reports, customer samples, and conduct research
· Create meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and create memos
· Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all established policies and procedures
· Support all department and company goals and objectives
· Exercise flexibility while managing multiple priorities from start to finish
DESIRED SKILLS:
· Exceptional interpersonal skills: positive, respectful, and customer-focused
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work independently with a focus on time management
· Ability to determine best methods for problem-solving
REQUIREMENTS:
· Strong administrative skills
· Strong MS Office & Google Suite skills
· Typing 40 WPM
· 3 years of experience in customer service/admin assistance
· Experience using databases and MS Office & Google Suite programs
· Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing system required
HOURS/SALARY:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Hourly Pay Range: $21.80 - $25.40 per hour
