POSITION:
Administrative Assistant
This position is part remote and part in office, which is located in Rye, NY.
JONELA is a luxury bedding company dedicated to creating a one of a kind bedroom experience for our customers. Our product line includes high end linens, duvets and pillows customized to each clients individual needs and preferences.
- Manage and track stock in the U.S.
- Investigate options for order fulfillment
- Organize samples and showroom
- Assembling sales binders
The right candidate for this position must be:
- Well organized
- Flexible and willing to do a wide variety of tasks
- Comfortable cold calling designers
- Live within 25 miles of Rye, NY
Qualifications:
- Must have at least one year experience
- Must provide two references
- Flexibility to change direction and work hours
Salary is commensurate with experience.
Minimum salary $15 an hour plus commission
