WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Design and create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials including social media posts, email campaigns, and website content
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing materials
- Manage and create content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to improve engagement and reach
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and social media marketing

3-Month Priorities
- Assessing Current Design Output:
Review all existing design materials, including graphics, logos, and branding elements.
Identify strengths and weaknesses in the current design output and document areas for improvement.
Gather feedback from stakeholders and team members to understand their perspectives on the current design materials.
- Creating Templates:
Develop a set of design templates for various marketing materials, such as social media graphics, blog post images, and email newsletters.
Ensure that the templates are versatile, on-brand, and easy to customize for different purposes.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand their specific template needs and preferences.
- Optimizing Social Media Presence:
Conduct a comprehensive audit of all social media accounts to evaluate the current content, engagement, and visual consistency.
Develop a cohesive visual strategy for social media content, including image styles, color palettes, and typography guidelines.
Create a content calendar and scheduling plan to ensure consistent and engaging social media posts.
- Improving Website User Interface:
Review the existing website interface and identify areas for enhancement in terms of visual appeal, user experience, and brand representation.
Work closely with the web development team to implement design updates that align with best practices and user preferences.
Conduct A/B testing of new design elements to measure their impact on user engagement and conversion rates.
- Redesigning Website Pages
Collaborate with management to understand the goals and objectives for the attorney profile pages.
Create visually compelling and informative profile page designs that highlight the expertise and credibility of the attorneys.
Ensure that the redesigned profile pages are optimized for search engines and align with the overall website design and branding.
Requirements
KEY ATTRIBUTES:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in graphic design and social media management
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Ability to work in WordPress and other website design and hosting services
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
