Operating scale equipment, identifying products, producing and recording accurate products. This position is a critical step in quality control. Accurate record keeping is a must.
Responsibilities and Duties
Work in stationary position inspecting finished cases for defects, accurately selecting correct item codes, placing product tags on finished cases, placing product into item-specific cartons and/or boxes, stacking boxed product onto a pallet following item specific pattern.
Work in stationary position standing on production line inspecting product for defects and positioning product item per item specific requirements.
Utilize the established tools, processes, and quality control procedures to obtain defined efficiency and quality requirements.
Ensure compliance with all Company policies and programs.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Applicants need to be detail oriented.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Environment
Cool, damp environment with temperatures around 40 degrees
Stand/walk 100% of the work day
Bend, stoop, and lift various weights as needed
Climb stairs, frequently stoop, kneel, crawl and bend
Bending, twisting, stacking, pushing and standing for long periods of time
Manual dexterity of hands and wrists
