Position Summary:
As an Installer, you'll have the opportunity to travel throughout the US to install a variety of signage and architectural elements. Our top-earning Installers have a strong mechanical aptitude, a professional work ethic, the ability to improvise and solve problems, and excellent time management skills. You'll literally be on top of the world, so comforts with heights is a must.
Duties and Expectations:
- Complete all installations in a professional manner to Jones Sign safety and quality expectations. Installs may include stick welding, paint touch up, concrete work, vinyl, electrical wiring, wood cutting, torching, and general construction work.
- Quickly troubleshoot issues on-the-spot to meet customer quality expectations while providing superior customer service.
- Consistently demonstrate sound safety practices, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Effectively manage time to ensure on-time delivery of every project within the allotted hours
Qualifications:
- Must complete an online assessment as part of the screening process
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Construction or sign installation experience required
- CDL driver's license (or ability to obtain one within 90 days)
- Ability to work out of town and stay overnight (travel out Monday, work 9 days onsite, travel back Thursday)
- Crane, construction equipment and forklift experience desired
