Jones Sign is looking for one (1) Lighting Service Project Manager. This position can be held on a remote basis depending on qualifications and experience level.
Position Summary:
Service Project Managers (1) oversees service & lighting projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for gathering information needed from the client to identify, negotiate, and hire subcontractors throughout the country to complete the requested scope of work. You will need experience in high volume turnkey service and lighting project management with a keen eye for detail, follow-up and determination.

Duties & Expectations:
- Works within a team environment to bring a project or scope of work to fruition.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manages the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
- Available for an on-call rotation (about once every 8 weeks)
Qualifications:

2 years of experience in service, lighting, project management, logistics, construction, or similar field.
- Lighting and Service project management preferred.
- Retrofit project experience desirable.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to help others and solve problems on own
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn/understand technical information.
- Strong ability to build successful relationships with clients leading to long-term business.
- Able to plan and organize workflow, following established processes to get the work done.
- Experience with Outlook, SharePoint and OneDrive is a plus.
