Client Service Representative - Remote
Summary:
The successful candidate will be in a servicing role, working as a liaison between retail agency clients and insurance companies. After accounts are obtained by the brokerage team, the CSR handles most post-binding activities.
Job Description:
- Set up and maintain paperless files
- Prepare tax filings
- Process midterm policy changes (endorsements) and cancellations
- Review policies and endorsements for accuracy
Requirements:
- Self-motivation and independence
- Work independently or collaboratively
- Critical thinking – ability to learn, problem solve, and troubleshoot

- Ability to prioritize tasks/jobs
