Agile Product Owner

The Product Owner should have some experience working within Agile development frameworks, including Scrum. This individual will be able to quickly come up to speed on project-specific processes and ceremonies, be a self-starter, a team player, and a quick study on the project-specific features and capabilities.

Clearance: A Secret Clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.

Agile Product Owner

Responsibilities
- Communicate with stakeholders from different organizations to understand their needs
- Translate stakeholder needs to development Epics and Features (increments of work)
- Identify Planning Increment (PI) Objectives
- Maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog
- Test work items when they reach the corresponding status
- Support feature and validation testing across multiple domains
- Provide capability demonstrations to the user community and stakeholders
- United States Citizenship
- Experience working within Scrum/Agile Development Methodologies
- Experience with Agile planning tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, GitLab, etc.)
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Having served as a PO, experience participating in Product Backlog and Refinement meetings, retrospectives, etc.
