We serve Randolph County and the surrounding areas with repairs, maintenance and installation of heating and air conditioning.
About the Position:
You get to be the first impression and point of contact to our customers. That is so important and rewarding. Helping answer incoming phone calls, reviewing customer accounts for questions or complaints, input new customer information, scheduling technicians for service calls and maintenance are all daily parts of the job. Dispatch management will require a lot of attention to detail, organization, communication and planning are must have characteristics. This position will be helping with other administrative tasks such as invoicing, processing credit card payments, helping with accounts receivable, invoices and other miscellaneous tasks. The office environment can be fast paced and ever changing when outdoor temperatures are extremely hot or cold.
The busiest season with be mid may through August. Working hours are seasonal but would be no earlier than 7:30 and no later than 5:30. The anticipated hours working hours would be 20 - 30 hours a week in off season and 30 - 40 in peak season. This would be performed Monday through Friday but we can be reasonably flexible on the hours and days. This could potentially turn into a full time position as the company grows which would be eligible for our full time benefit packaged. This includes full health and dental, paid vacation, paid holidays and retirement match.
