What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin, PC?
Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin, P.C. is a full service Law Firm with four office locations in Denver and Northern Colorado seeking a Receptionist. We are looking for an individual who excels in fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has great initiative.
- Answering high volume phone lines, scheduling appointments, routing to appropriate staff
- Maintaining office meeting rooms, organization, stocking, and cleanliness
- Scanning and moving of client documents, checking for accuracy and quality control
- Assisting with client account maintenance (i.e. address changes, emails, document organization, etc.)
- Process mail daily, record fees for appropriate clients, mail to be taken to the post office each day
- Collecting client payments
- Setup and auditing of new client files
- Any other task requested by management
Skills Required:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to multitask and maintain position workflow
- Strong customer service skills
- High energy and upbeat attitude
- Ability to obtain Notary within 90 days of hire

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
