We're interested in hiring a full time administrative assistant that can create a warm and friendly environment, prioritize tasks and accomplish them by working well independently while also being comfortable collaborating with others. This temporary position has the possibility of turning into a full time permanent position. Our ideal candidate has solid communication and empathy skills, the ability to organize and prioritize work, and is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Our ideal candidate would be able to work from our Richboro location Tuesday-Saturday 8:30am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide clients with first impression of the company by greeting visitors and calling them by their names.
- Answer and direct calls, emails and faxes.
- Receive visitors and greet them appropriately.
- Assist in special projects and administrative duties.
- Answer any questions.
- Gain knowledge of all aspects of business operations.
- Prepare documents for delivery, retrieval, or filing as required.
- Follow safety and security procedures at all times.
- Accurately type documents on computer keyboard.
- Gain knowledge about products or services provided by company.

Salary: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
