Dynamics 365 Developer

OBJECTIVE: The Dynamics 365 Developer will utilize best practices to design, customize, integrate, implement, and upgrade customizations associated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.  This role is expected to work independently and as part of team to accomplish a full range of development duties from requirements definition, design, configuration, custom development, custom integrations, unit testing, data migration, quality assurance and Client support.  RESPONSABILITIES: Develop, implement and deploy solutions and changes Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code review Create and review Functional Design Documents (FDD) to document proposed custom development designs, prior to the start of custom development work  Execute all phases of solution development to include custom development, unit testing, quality assurance testing, deployment, documentation, and support for major and minor modifications   Translate business processes into platform abilities (e.g. selecting Business Process Activities vs. Workflows vs. Custom Plugin vs. PowerApps)  Create project documentation such as: Customization Specifications, User Acceptance Test Scripts, etc.   Perform components of implementations that include application enhancements, system integrations, data migrations, custom workflows, custom reports, and dashboards   Create and modify SQL Server Reporting Services reports using both SQL and FetchXML queries   Perform debugging and testing of all code and assist with any issues related to Client deployments  Resolve defects for customized solutions   Perform upgrades of custom development solutions Obtain and maintain Dynamics 365 as well as other applicable Microsoft certifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant experience Dynamics AX/D365 development experience Proficient X and C# coding experience Proficiency in integration development with other cloud-based systems Ability to lead system design discussions offering different options for the functional design Ability to work independently Strong interpersonal and business skills to interact effectively with all levels of management Experience in retail and eCommerce industry is an asset Bilingual in French & English
