Position: Butcher
Joseph’s Founder is a third generation butcher, so you can
imagine our Meat Department is a point of emphasis in our stores. Our Meat
Clerks play a critical role in maintaining the department’s standards. From
Hand Made Sausages and the finest cuts of beef, to our butchers and meat clerks
assisting customers with selecting the perfect meat item, Joseph’s Meat
departments are a cut above the rest.

Qualifications:
A Butcher performs their tasks primarily in the Meat
department. Work involves walking, standing for prolonged periods, and lifting
products weighing up to 80 pounds. Work may be done inside Meat preparation
room and Meat Refrigerated Cooler, you will be exposed to various temperature
changes and work environments. Work also includes frequent interaction with
customers and fellow employees.
