Responsibilities and duties include:
* Responsible for the construction of new dies from print to completion.
* Reproduce broken details without assistance
* Troubleshoot all dies without assistance
* Operate all manual machines without assistance
* Owns moderate amount of tools needed to perform necessary work
* On a daily basis make sure that all tools are returned to their proper location, trash is removed and the floor is free of debris. Tools and equipment should be kept clean and in good working condition.
* Assist in implementing and maintaining quality systems
* Other duties as assigned by management and supervision
Position Requirements:
* Ability to pass physical requirements exam for vision and hearing, as well as mobility and lifting requirements
* Successful completion of the Ramsay Corporation Combined Basic Skills Assessment which evaluates your reading, math, inspection & measurement, and process monitoring & problem-solving skills
* Working knowledge of tooling and machinery
* Ability to read and interpret blue prints
* TS/ISO Certification is a plus
* Mechanically inclined and strong math skills
* Crane and Forklift Certified is a plus
