Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a crew of workers in various landscaping and hardscaping projects.

Duties:

- Lead and supervise a crew of workers in performing landscape projects/maintenance as well as hardscape projects

- Train crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures

- Monitor the quality of work performed by the crew to ensure it meets established standards

- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and address any concerns

- Manage project budgets

Requirements:

- Previous leadership experience in landscaping and hardscaping

- Knowledge of plants and trees

- Knowledge of hardscape construction

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team

- Ability to operate machinery and equipment

- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Category 3 Pesticide Licence (or aquire upon employment)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
