Advertising and Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Advertising Manager to join our team. As an Advertising Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advertising strategies to promote our products and services. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that effectively reach our target audience.

Duties:
- Develop and execute advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, and social media
- Conduct market research to identify target audience and consumer trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and persuasive copy for advertisements
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget constraints
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize advertising strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in advertising and digital marketing
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as graphic designers and media agencies, to produce high-quality advertisements
- Oversee product management activities related to advertising, including pricing, positioning, and promotion

Skills:
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools for campaign management and analysis
- Knowledge of Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms
- Experience in advertising sales or client management is a plus
- Excellent research skills to gather insights on target audience and market trends
- Familiarity with print advertising strategies and techniques
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
