Job Title : Maintenance Planner
Location : Souderton, PA
Hours : Monday- Friday 7 : 30am-4pm
Type : Direct Hire
Responsibilities :
- Creates, reviews, plans and schedules all PM (preventive maintenance) activities.
- Checks orders to ensure the priority is realistic and provide practical lead time, cost and other coding for accuracy.
- Develops an integrated maintenance work schedule for the Maintenance Staff and Team Leader.
- Works primarily through e- maintenance CMMS system.
- Procures parts, helps with inventory parts control, and issues necessary parts- ensures parts are checked out properly.
- Utilizes the ROSS system for creating and closing work orders based on production demands.
- Tracks materials issued for each work order by lot numbers and ensuring they meet quality standards.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree or experience in food manufacturing.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a high-volume maintenance and / or manufacturing environment
