Job Responsibilities
Supports Accounting Manager, COO and CEO
Job Duties
· Reception– Answer phones, greet and log customer visits and ensure Confidentiality Agreement is signed upon visitor arrival, and keep record of personnel in/out schedule
· Lobby – Maintain clean, organized area
· Accounting – Perform accounts payable duties and work closely with Accounting Manager to meet company financial reporting deadlines
· Learn all facets of accounting utilizing GAAP principles
· Database – Nondisclosures
· TV Postings – Monthly birthdays/anniversaries and miscellaneous information
· Travel Arrangements – As requested
· Other Duties - As assigned
Skills and Qualifications
· High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred
· Minimum 2-year experience in Accounting within Corporate setting
· MS Office Proficiency – Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
· Quickbooks Proficiency
· Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
· Familiarity with SAP & inventory control systems a plus
· Able to multi-task
· High level of Confidentiality
· Excellent verbal, written an organization skills
· Detailed focus with analytical skills
· Ability to work in fast-paced environment with limited supervision
· Eagerness to learn and grow
· Professional appearance and demeanor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
