Marketing Specialist

JourneyTEAM is seeking a MARKETING SPECIALIST to serve as a member of our marketing team. This person will help develop the strategy and execution of marketing needs that drive results.

The ideal candidate will have a track record creating innovative, data driven, and creative marketing campaigns. They will be involved in the development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel needs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Collaborate on strategies for marketing campaigns.

• Set up emails, customer journey workflows, and marketing automation.

• Analyze effectiveness of campaigns and collaborate on improvements.

• Work on content, creative, websites, social media, and lead gen to ensure optimal campaign execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, communications or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation. (Technology industry preferred).

• Proven experience working with industry tools and analytics packages including CRM, email, web analytics, and marketing automation platforms.

• Knowledge of websites, and desktop design programs a plus, including Adobe Creative Suite.

• Ability to manage time and multiple priorities.

• Superior oral and written communication skills with attention to detail.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in marketing.

• Proven ability to work with multiple work groups diplomatically.

• A thirst to always challenge the status quo and find solutions to problems.
