This Family of 4 in Shorewood, MN is looking for a nanny to work with their newborn baby boy! This position is perfect for a caregiver who loves baby snuggles and helping out a working family. The position is overall pretty basic! The nanny will arrive at the family's home and help make sure their 4-year-old is dressed and ready for school so dad is able to take her. From there it's following the baby's schedule of naps, eating, and tummy time! While the baby is sleeping the family would love the nanny to help out with a few basic things around the home like dishes, the kid's laundry, and cleaning up playrooms.
The position starts ideally mid-October and ends around the beginning of June. They are needing care 4 days a week from 7:30 am-4:30 pm and one day a week from 7:30 am-11 am. The short day can rotate depending on mom's schedule, but the family is willing to guarantee hours to you! Driving will not be required, but the nanny will need to be able to transport themselves to and from the position daily.
Requirements:

- Good communication- over communication is preferred!
- Strongly preferred COVID vaccine, TDAP and Flu shot
- Hands on and interactive
- Love working with newborns/infants and experience working with them
- Love dogs- the family has a certified therapy dog!

- Spoke a different language
- Super social and can arrange playdates with the other nannies and SAHM's in the neighborhood
Compensation: Starting at $20 with additional benefits included
