Contact Center Agent ( Evening and or Weekends)

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our brand new call center team, situated in a state-of-the-art building, as a Home Remodeling Appointment Setter.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in home remodeling services.
• Qualifying Leads: Engage with customers to understand their home improvement needs and qualify them as potential leads.
• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for our home remodeling experts to visit customers' homes and provide consultations.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Sales Aptitude: Previous experience in appointment setting or sales is a plus.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other communication tools.
• Customer-Focused: Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
