Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the smooth functioning of a 20 person office in Longmont Colorado as well as supporting the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Operating Officer in running the business form an administration perspective.
What you’ll do:
· Support the CEO and COO with scheduling and support tasks
· Support all company teams in preparation of meetings (printing/scheduling) and events
· General office support - answer phones, organize and order supplies, organizing light office maintenance with outside vendors, manage office equipment, organize invoices and mail
· Help out and pitch in any way that is needed to support the team!
What we are looking for:
· 3-5 years of relevant office administration experience
· Incredibly well organized and helpful in keeping senior level executives organized
· Can anticipate needs of the office and CEO. Feels confident in making decisions that will streamline processes and tasks for all. A self motivator and independent thinker.
· High energy and ability to work in a fast paced environment with a pleasant attitude
· Understanding we are a small team that all wear many hats, Must have ability to adapt and be flexible throughout the day and work week, and sometimes take on a task to help other teammates.
· Desire and interest to learn more about womens and girls apparel industry is a plus but not a requirement!

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
