Reports to: Senior Project Manager or Project Executive
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Lead in the development of high performance team through supervision, training, coaching and mentoring.
*Competencies to team on requirements for insurance, labor and employee relations.
* Ensure regular feedback is shared with staff including timely completion of employee performance appraisals.
*Manage budget and financial reporting, analyze reports to project budget.
* Oversee project contract negotiations, fees and pricing decisions.
*Establish, update and communicate the Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation.
* Demonstrate high standard of persona; accountability and integrity, mentor staff towards maximum job performance and professionalism.
.* Develop and improve client relationships fostering a "trusted advisor" status.
*Understand, Enforce and administer JPD's contract and subcontract agreements and safety protocols.
* Promote JPD's involvement in the community to help build relationships.
* Foster and enhance architect, subcontractor and vendor relations.
*Oversee field operation and engineering processes and procedures.
* Work with finance to initiate the Pay Application process and follow up to ensure payment is received in a timely manner.
*Enter all payments in Accounts payables and receivables in Quick books and or Excel.
* Keep management informed on progress for a project and budget through regularly scheduled Operations Review Meetings.
* May perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
