As a Marketing Strategy Lead on the Commercial Banking Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industry (MMBSI) marketing strategy team, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies focused on increasing market share with mid-sized businesses. You will work directly with senior leadership to identify business objectives and lead a cross-functional team in the development of high-performing programs.
This role provides an opportunity to leverage digital and data to guide and enhance the marketing strategy, and to demonstrate your strong vision, creativity, and solid marketing experience within a financial institution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategy to promote thought leadership and capabilities, and drive business growth
- Set clear goals and define success metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness against plans to drive stronger business and marketing impact.
- Develop and execute marketing plan to achieve business objectives. Activities include :
- Marketing program development and execution
- Promote our thought leadership and solutions through integrated marketing channels
- Communicate results and provide recommendations on how to optimize performance
- Collaborate with different teams within Marketing, Business and other functions to plan, develop, communicate and execute marketing programs
Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- 7 years of experience, native marketer with solid experience across marketing disciplines
- B-B/Financial Services marketing experience a plus
- Proven skills in harnessing digital and data to drive business and marketing objectives
- Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to think strategically while strong in execution and dealing with details
- Ability to interact, influence and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and across Lines of Businesses
- High level of independence, energy and integrity; Responsible and accountable; Respect for diversity of opinions and styles; Strong in leadership; Flexible in approach
