As a Data & Analytics Product Associate within our Operations team, you will define, monitor, and report key management metrics. You will engage with stakeholders to understand diverse reporting requirements and serve as a thought leader in simplifying the execution of data management and reporting processes. This role provides an opportunity to leverage your technical data skills and business acumen in a dynamic and collaborative environment. We value attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality, senior manager-level reporting and analysis from diverse, complex data sources.
Job Responsibilities - Define, monitor, and report key management metrics; implement and manage scorecards and dashboard sat the employee, team, and department levels
- Engage with stakeholders to understand diverse reporting requirements and serve as a thought leader in simplifying the execution of data management and reporting processes, as well as metrics definitions
- Perform data analysis to generate insights
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills - Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of total experience within MIS, Operations, Finance, and/or Management Consulting roles
- Mix of technical data skills and business acumen, with strong past experience in operational process monitoring & management
- Experience delivering timely, high quality, senior manager-level reporting and analysis from diverse, complex data sources
- Attention to detail a must with focus on executive quality presentation
- Excellent communication, project management, and client partnership ability
- Proficiency with data analysis toolset required: databases, SQL and data visualization, e.g., QlikSense and Tableau
- Advanced-level ability expected in all Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Pivot Tables, Access, VBA, PowerPoint)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills - Familiarity with Agile software development process
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Experience in Data Engineering, Python, Jupyter, etc.
