As a Product Director - Business Architect in Fulfillment & Archive Services (F&A Services), you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers.

You will lead the strategy and development of holistic, multidimensional business architecture to achieve FAS’ goals and solutions.
Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross-line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees.
As a product team member, your problem-solving skills will place you on the cutting edge of defining the vision, creating the strategy and building the roadmap to solutions that impact millions.

Job responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the Business, Technology, and Operations including stakeholders assessing how they are leveraging our applications and how we can drive continual modernization and improvement.
- Provide accurate reports, updates and presentations to executive leadership and key stakeholders, summarizing operational status, challenges and achievements and highlighting areas of improvement or potential risks
- Prepare high-quality executive presentations, reports and documents, synthesizing complex information to effectively communicate key messages and support decision-making processes
- Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets. Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives
- Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth
- Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives
- Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 8 years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications (i.e. Business Analysis, Business Architecture, Solutions Architecture roles)
- Experience in modeling business processes by using various tools and techniques
- Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
- Business Strategic vision; understands the direction of the business and industry; can articulate vision to motivate and influence others at all levels
- End-to-end thinking; does not get confined by organizational lines and factors in upstream and downstream impacts
