As a senior associate Graphic Designer, in Commercial Banking, you will be responsible for development and design of campaigns and programs including digital content, experiential event, animations and sales collateral material (Advertising, brochures, marketing sheets, direct mail campaigns, etc.) for all Commercial Banking businesses. You will work closely with the marketing and communications team and business units to develop creative solutions for all marketing campaigns and programs. The ideal candidate will partner with marketing managers, writers, designers and product specialists to create digital assets and marketing materials that communicate information effectively with the use of design and charts, graphics and diagrams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop creative to support cohesive campaigns and drive results
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives elevate creative output
- Collaborate with the digital team to create compelling user experiences
- Use purposeful design to tell stories visually
- Drive creative solutions from concept through completion on a variety of media:
- Infographics
- Social & Display ads
- Video, Email & Web, Animation, illustration, Print, Direct Mail, Events and Presentations
- Familiarity with use of and development of collateral systems and templates
- Develop and execute animations for social ad and event scenarios
- Ability to uphold and follow style guidelines
- Proofreading of own materials
- Organize and maintain creative assets, including logos, image library, working files and more
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- 5 years Graphic Design experience
- Strong portfolio that showcases design
- Strong storyboarding and animation skills
- Strategic creative thinker
- Strong project management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication/Creative presentation skills
- Organized with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Manages his/her time effectively
- Detail oriented and can review his/her own work carefully
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Expert knowledge in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Sketch, Adobe InDesign CC, Adobe Illustrator CC, Adobe Photoshop CC, After Effects, Adobe Acrobat Pro
