As a Computational Linguist in the Machine Learning & Optimization team, you are an integral part of the group that optimizes features, models and AI capabilities for the Chase Digital Assistant and other conversational AI products. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and helping develop a robust and scalable intent taxonomy to enable conversation dialogue and understanding, as well as a process and methodology for conducting conversation analysis.
Utilizing your deep understanding of computational linguistics, Natural Language Understanding principles and AI-driven chatbot development, you will help guide the successful launch of conversational and model enhancements, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier customer experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality models, tooling and innovative approaches.
