Job Description:
Job Summary: The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst supports the department manager in all aspects of the enterprise-wide risk management, policy and procedure administration and insurance program. This position assists with the process of identifying, measuring and managing enterprise risks, insurable risks, policies and procedures administration.
Essential Job Functions & Accountabilities:
Collaborates with unit stakeholders to monitor metrics and risk mitigation projects.
Develops reports for the assessment and monitoring of risk maturity for top enterprise risks.
Provides training to stakeholders to maintain metrics and risk maturity. Assists with communicating ERM overview and top risks to team members across the organization.
Responsible for compilation of underwriting information for coverage placement of all insurance lines.
Provides support for claims administration and processing.
Tracks and maintains loss control/recovery reports for insurance claims.
Provides support to users as a System Administrator for electronic policy and procedure system. Conducts training and educates end users in use of the software; serves as a SME in troubleshooting software issues and resolving problems.
Ensures policy and procedure review, approval and maintenance in accordance with established guidelines.
Assists and actively participates in the Policy Committee. Follows up on recommendations, action items and initiatives that impact policies and procedures.
Assists business units and General Counsel in working on issues relative to policy and procedure development and maintenance.
Develops, maintains and distributes reports and analysis related to policy and procedure administration.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field of study from an accredited college or University.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in risk management and policy administration.
- Enterprise Risk Management certification. (Must obtain within three years of hire.)
- Master’s degree in Business or related field of study from an accredited college or University.
- 3 plus years of experience in policy administration.
- 3 plus years of insurance experience.
- Paralegal Certification or related legal/risk management training.
