We are a private school in Philadelphia seeking Housekeeping and Custodial help to join our team! We are looking for at least 2 years experience in housekeeping with a focus on Schools, Hotels and Hospitals. The right people will take pride in their cleaning abilities and work well with others.
This is a Monday through Friday work schedule, 2pm to 10pm. Saturdays and Sundays may be expected for special event help.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness of the Bathroom facilities, locker rooms, offices, cafeteria and other common areas.
Indoor and outdoor maintenance such as trash and snow removal if required
Dusting of Railings, library, shelves, etc.
Floor cleaning equipment experience helpful
Qualifications:
Previous, verifiable work history of similar experience
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong attention to detail
Child Abuse Clearance.
FBI Fingerprint.
Background check.
This job will require you to walk up and down steps, reach, bend, twist and squat. You should be able to work with little or no supervision as well as working as a team to complete the required tasks. There may also be times when we are asked to help with set up and break down of events happening at the School.
