**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated On site Resident Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, margeting real estate processes, and customer relationship management.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage all aspects of resident relations, including conflict management and customer service
- Utilize AppFolio software to maintain accurate resident records and files
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements
- Negotiate lease agreements and handle tenant inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a high level of property cleanliness and organization
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in property management
- Familiarity with AppFolio software or similar property management systems
- Strong conflict management skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Knowledge of legal processes related to property management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with residents
