Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaper Lead to join our team. As a Landscaper Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing landscaping projects from start to finish, coordinating with team members, and ensuring high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping techniques, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute landscaping projects according to design specifications and client requirements.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of landscaping crew members.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on landscaping techniques and best practices.
  • Ensure that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to address any questions or concerns and provide updates on project progress.
  • Maintain landscaping equipment and tools in good working condition.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in landscaping, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant care, irrigation systems, and hardscaping.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:
