JRK Residential has an immediate need for a Porter. The Porter is responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of the property.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Able to lift heavy bags of rubbish and move appliances
- Have a driver license and able to drive a Truck with a trailer
- Vacuum buildings, clean windows, mop floor.
- Shovel snow, run a snowblower
- Use a Blower to clean walkways and grounds
- Able to work with others or by himself
- Must work Saturday and Sunday
- Must be able to maintain the grounds on a very large property and must be able to move and lift furniture and appliances
