The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant by growing guest counts and sales while managing costs and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Food Safety at all times. Our standards are high because so are our customers and the right leader is someone who is ready for the challenge.

To meet restaurant goals, the General Manager doesn't work alone. They have a team of Managers that have specific responsibilities in the restaurant. This means being able to coach, train, and develop Managers to set their own goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve overall restaurant performance. By developing Managers, you ensure our customers get a consistently outstanding experience every time.

The General Manager works with his/her leader to set the restaurant’s goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals. Some examples of job responsibilities may include creating schedules, inventory and food cost management, labor management, hiring employees, and many others.

IMPORTANT: We prefer the right candidate has prior McDonald's General Manager experience and HU Certification is preferred. We are open to leaders without prior McDonald's experience but must have proven track record of performance leading one or multiple restaurants.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• General Manager or related: 1 year (Required)
