Employee Benefits Sales Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role [based in Newtown, PA], with flexibility for some remote work, for an Employee Benefit Outside Sales Representative at JS Benefits Group. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to sell Employee Benefit and HR consulting services. To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of Employee Benefit Programs, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a passion for providing solutions to meet clients’ needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Must be health and life insurance licensed

2 years’ experience in outside sales, preferably in the Employee Benefits or HR consulting industry.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

A proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.

Ability to independently manage a sales territory and work under tight deadlines.

Knowledge of Employee Benefit Programs, including Group Health, Life, Dental, Vision, Disability, Voluntary Benefits, Turn-Key Wellness Programs, and Executive Benefits.

Familiarity with Healthcare Reform and other compliance services is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
