JSat Automation is hiring a Maintenance Support Lead with 1-5 years of experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of maintenance support technicians to
provide full time support for client manufacturing operations
- Support client manufacturing operations to ensure
maximum equipment efficiency
- Coordinate with the support manager to train and
onboard new technicians and manage personnel
- Interface with client site leadership to address
issues and ensure satisfaction of support coverage
- Troubleshoot benchtop equipment and provide
solutions to prevent production stoppages
- Provide onsite support to client and respond quickly
to issues and requests
- Work with site engineering and third-party equipment
manufacturers to prioritize and escalate issue as necessary
- Perform reviews of maintenance support process with
support manager to improve quality and efficiency
- Identify opportunities for improvement in client
processes and provide recommendations accordingly
- Document resolutions to issues and changes made to
systems or equipment
- Complete required client SOP training curriculum and
demonstrate competency
Requirements
- We require a minimum BS Degree in Engineering
(Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Chemical, etc.) or equivalent with
0 to 7 months experience in process industry, or Associates Degree with at
least 3-5 years industry experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to work non-standard hours
- Good mechanical intuition and hardware/software troubleshooting
ability
- Experience in a regulated environment (GxP) considered
a plus
- Experience in clean room work is considered a plus
- Work with ServiceNow or other similar ticketing
system desired
