  • Ensure final approved materials are "final approved” and appropriately documented

  • Communicate and manage team expectations on status, volume, and prioritization.


    • Ongoing Tasks:
  • Readiness checks

  • Manage daily status reports, monitor jobs status and ensure SLAs are being met and intervene with reminders when needed.

  • Develop ongoing MAP process improvements

  • Update the MAP shared resource site

  • MAP process training for vendor/agency & project owners

    • o Develop and host MAP refresher course and re-training on areas of pain-points; developing and delivering customized training for certain groups such as Congress team, Clinical Trial Recruitment (CTR) team, Global teams
  • Update MAP resources in MAP shared resource site – customize timeline calculator for each Congress

  • Drive weekly team meetings on job status and process improvements with MAP Lead, MTA, Editor, and Project Owner

  • Readiness checks for social media tactics
