Apartment Maintenance Technician

Candidates must have a minimum 1 year of building maintenance and be proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall.

Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. Replacing carpets and wooden floors. Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches. Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in communal areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
  • Estimate time and extent of repairs
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Maintain material and supply inventory
  • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Reno, NV: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
